{"id":23856,"date":"2017-12-19T17:45:19","date_gmt":"2017-12-19T14:45:19","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.enkaspor.com\/?p=23856"},"modified":"2018-05-07T13:25:14","modified_gmt":"2018-05-07T10:25:14","slug":"record-rain-umit-can-gures","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.enkaspor.com\/en\/record-rain-umit-can-gures\/","title":{"rendered":"Record Rain from \u00dcmit Can G\u00fcre\u015f"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"wpb-content-wrapper\"><p>[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]At the European Short Course Swimming Championships held in Copenhagen, Denmark, on December 13-17, with our head trainer Fatih Y\u0131ld\u0131r\u0131m and trainer Orhan Mengi, as being national team trainers in the championship, also our club swimmers Viktoria Zeynep G\u00fcne\u015f, \u0130mge Roza Erdemli, \u0130skender Ba\u015flakov, \u00dcmit Can G\u00fcre\u015f, Ege Ba\u015fer and Berkay \u00d6mer \u00d6\u011fretir represented our country.<\/p>\n<p>Our European Junior Champion swimmer <strong>\u00dcmit Can G\u00fcre\u015f <\/strong>swam in 50m-100m butterfly and 50m backstroke and 4x50m medley relay meetings. He broke <strong>11 records<\/strong> and in individual category he was <strong>5<sup>th<\/sup> in Europe. <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00dcmit Can G\u00fcre\u015f<\/strong> firstly renewed his own Open Aged Turkish Record in 50m Butterfly in the morning preliminary with a time of 22.95 and being 9<sup>th<\/sup> he reached to semifinal. In the semifinal he broke his second record with a time of 22.65 and put his name in the final list. Moreover breaking his third record with a time of 22.56 he showed his success being <strong>5<sup>th<\/sup> in Europe<\/strong>. In this way \u00dcmit Can G\u00fcre\u015f, born in 1999, signed the most important success in his career.<\/p>\n<p>Our swimmer also renewed his own <strong>17-18<\/strong> and <strong>Open Aged Turkish Records<\/strong> in 100m butterfly in preliminary with a time of 51.56 ; <strong>Aged 17-18 Turkish Record<\/strong> in 50m backstroke preliminary with a time of 24.24.
