Fifteen of our athletes represented Turkey at the Balkan Indoor Athletics Championships held in Belgrade, the capital of Serbia.<\/p>\n
Our athletes achieved the following results:<\/p>\n
Eda Nur Tulum: Gold medal in the 400m with a season best time of 54.17 seconds,
\nEmel Dereli: Gold medal in the shot put with a season best of 17.07m,<\/p>\n
Necati Er: Silver medal in the triple jump with 16.53m,<\/p>\n
Mikdat Sevler: Silver medal in the 60m hurdles with a time of 7.79 seconds,<\/p>\n
Ertan \u00d6zkan: Season best time of 6.61 seconds in the 60m,<\/p>\n
Elif Polat: Personal best time of 54.60 seconds in the 400m,<\/p>\n
The 4x400m Women’s Relay Team, consisting of Elif Polat, Zeynep \u00d6zkara, and Eda Nur Tulum, won a bronze medal with a time of 3:42:32 seconds.<\/p>\n
Competing in the championship with a total of 38 athletes, Turkey won 14 medals in total: 4 gold, 4 silver, and 6 bronze, with 7 medals won by our athletes.<\/p>\n
