RULES FOR USING ENKA

SPORTS FACILITIES

The topics covered here include the rules to be applied at the ENKA facility. Every guest using our facility is obliged to abide by these rules.

  • Our Sports Hall is open for use by members between:

19:00-22:00 on weekdays and 14:00-19:00 at weekends during the winter season,

17:00-22:00 on weekdays and 09:00-19:00 at weekends during the summer season.

  • Our Club reserves the right to hold events in the facility, provided that notice of such an event is given in advance.
  • In the event of a competition, event or other activity taking place at our facility, the days and hours when the facility will be closed must be announced one (1) week in advance with an announcement / e-mail / SMS. Please remember to check out our notice board.
  • Vehicles and lockers should be kept locked, and valuable items must not be left in vehicles and lockers.
  • No item should be entrusted to our reception officials.
  • The changing rooms lockers are intended for daily use only and must be emptied at the end of the session.
  • It is not appropriate for a member to take part in any sporting activity when they are unwell; have eaten (at least 2 hours), or when they have consumed alcohol.
  • The appropriate clothing should be worn during sporting activities.
  • Spectators are obliged to wear shoe covers when entering the sports hall. Sports shoes worn in daily life must not be worn the hall.
  • Court bookings must be made at the fitness reception on a daily or long-term (fixed) basis.
  • Courts may be hired for 1 or 2 hours (Full court or half court).
  • Courts for which fixed bookings are made must not be transferred to a third party before the end of the reservation period.
  • The cancellation of a court booking shall be made at least one day in advance.
  • No balls are given to any persons or groups using a court.
  • No pets are allowed into the sports facilities and must not be left unattended within the premises.
  • Skateboards, bicycles etc. must not be brought into the sports facilities.
  • All telephone calls should be made and taken outside the sports facilities.
  • People must behave and communicate in a way that does not disturb others.
  • No food and/or beverage other than water shall be brought into the sports facilities. Only flasks or plastic bottles may be used for holding the water.
  • All rules should be complied with when using the facilities and official warnings should be heeded.
  • Warning and guidance signage within the facility must be taken into account.
  • Apart from specifically designated smoking areas, smoking is prohibited in all closed areas at our facility, including open sports arenas.
  • Any feedback, requests or suggestions regarding the facility may be communicated to the unit supervisors, unit receptions or be sent by e-mail.
