Our athlete Melisa Ercan defeated Tatum Evans 6-2, 6-3 in the first round and World No. 2 Sara Saito 6-7(4-7), 6-3, 6-3 in the second round at the French Open Tennis Championships.
She succeeded in promoting until the third round and became the first Turkish Tennis Player to Play the Third Round at Roland Garros in Türkiye Tennis History.
