Club player Çağla Büyükakçay has won the greatest title in the history of Turkish tennis. At the ITF Women Al Habtoor Tennis Challenge with Total Prize Money of USD 75,000 held in Dubai, club player Çağla Büyükakçay beat world number 106 Klara Koukalova (CZE) in the finals to become champion. Having achieved a first by winning the highest award tournament of her career, Çağla lifted a singles cup for the eight time and climbed 27 ranks to 131 in the world. Büyükakçay also put on a ssuccessful game with her Greek partner Maria Sakkari to win the Couples Cup too. We congratulate our player and wish her success in the future.
