Our athlete Ayla Aksu, who is at the 398th level of the WTA classification, beat WTA number 282 Sapfo Sakellaridi from Greece 6-4 6-4 in the quarter-finals of the tournament and advanced to the semi-finals.
Our athlete, who faced Diana Martynov (WTA 632) from France in the semi-finals, beat her opponent with a score of 6-3, 4-6, 6-3 and got her ticket to the final.
Our athlete Ayla Aksu, who lost to number 1 seed Antonia Ruzic in the final with scores of 6-3, 4-6, 5-7, finished the tournament as the second.
