Our athletes achieved success at the 6th Islamic Solidarity Games athletics competitions held in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, from November 17-20, 2025:
Halil Yılmazer won the gold medal in the hammer throw with a time of 74.70m.
Berke Akçam broke the Islamic Solidarity Games record in the 400m hurdles with a time of 49.22sec.
Cansu Nimet Sayın won the gold medal in the 100m hurdles with a time of 13.54sec.
Ömer Şahin won the gold medal in the discus throw with a time of 58.92m.
Emel Dereli won the gold medal in the shot put with a time of 16.09m.
Tuğba Güvenç Yenigün won the silver medal in the 3000m water hurdles with a time of 9:57.05m.
Mehmet Çelik won the silver medal in the 1500m water hurdles with a time of 3:44.50m.
Buse Arıkazan Çağlayan won the pole vault. Salih Korkmaz won the silver medal with a time of 4.01m,
Salih Korkmaz won the silver medal in the 5km Walk with a time of 19:29.59min,
Mazlum Demir won the bronze medal in the 5km Walk with a time of 19:36.13min,
Mikdat Sevler won the bronze medal in the 110m Hurdles with a time of 13.91sec,
Our 4x400m Medley Relay Team, featuring Berke Akçam, won the bronze medal in 3:17.73min.
Our athletes finished the Games with a total of 12 medals, winning 5 gold, 4 silver, and 3 bronze medals.
