At the Turkish Athletics Championships in Bursa, on July 07-08, our athlete Can Özüpek renewed Necati Er’s U23 Turkish Record, which Necati broke with 16.63m in 29th June, with his degree of 16.75m in triple jump in his 3rd try. After this, Can enhanced 2cm more and brought the record 16.77m in his 4th try.
In addition to this performance, Can Özüpek pass the European Championships entry that will take place in Berlin in August. In this way our two athletes Can Özüpek and Necati Er will be presenting our country in triple jump in Berlin.
