Our women wrestling team, started its activities in January 2017, gave its most important exam at Senior Women Championships held in Tekirdağ İsmet İnönü Sports Hall, on January 06-07, 2018. Our Women team reached the first Turkish Championships by completing the Tournament with 205 points, in front of Yalova Tersaneler Sports Club (140 points) and Kenger Sports Club (76 points).
The first World Champion Yasemin Adar in 76kgs, the first U23 World Champion Evin Demirhan in 50kgs, 3rd in the World Elif Jale Yeşilırmak in 59kgs, 3rd in Europea Bediha Gün in 55kgs, Mehlika Öztürk in 57kgs became Turkish Champion individually; Merve Pul was 2nd in Turkey in 68kgs, Zühre Nur Bambul in 53kgs, Emine Çataloğlu in 53kgs, Elif Yanık in 57kgs, Gizem Kabak in 59kgs, Gamze Nur Adakan in 62kgs, Kadriye Aksoy in 65kgs and Ayşegül Özbege in 72kgs were ranked 3rd in Turkey.
