At the FISU Rhine-Ruhr 2025 World University Games held in Germany, our athletes achieved: Berke Akçam placed first in the 400m Hurdles with a time of 49.29, winning the gold medal.

Ramazan Baştuğ placed second in the Half Marathon with a time of 1:02.35, winning the silver medal, and fifth in the 10,000m with a time of 28:47.72.

Mehmet Çelik placed third in the 800m with a time of 1:48.07, winning the bronze medal, and fifth in the 1500m with a time of 3:46.93.

Meryem Bekmez placed fourth in the 20km Walk with a time of 1:30.00.

Halil Yılmazer placed fifth in the Hammer Throw with a time of 71.49m.

Sıla Koloğlu placed 23.65 in the 200m. They placed 8th.

Our Half Marathon Men’s Team, consisting of Ramazan Baştuğ and Ömer Amaçtan, won the silver medal with a time of 1:02.35.

Our 4x400m Men’s Relay Team, consisting of Berke Akçam, won the bronze medal with a time of 3:04.40.

Our 4x100m Women’s Relay Team, consisting of Sıla Koloğlu and Simay Özçiftçi, set new U23 and Senior Turkish records in the qualifying heats with a time of 44.38.
