Our 12-Year-Old Boys National Team, consisting of our athlete Ömer Alkın Doğruel and his teammates Yiğit Uras Yıldırım, and Çağan Şahbudak, defeated Switzerland 2-1 and Estonia 3-0 in the European Winter Cup Qualifiers. Our national team, which lost to Italy 2-1 in the final round of the qualifiers, finished its group in second place and earned the right to go to the European Winter Cup Finals to be held in Sunderland, England on February 7-9. Ömer won four of the five matches he played.
