Club athlete Başak Eraydın won 7 tournaments in the ITF Pro Circuit in 2012 and was the tennis player to win the most professional tournaments.
Eraydın also won 52 of her 65 games in the WTA and ITF tournaments and was ranked 17th. Eraydın surpassed many star players such as Serena Williams, Petra Kvitova, Na Li and Julia Georges in terms of the number of games won. Başak also won 15 sets 6-0 and was ranked first along with Victoria Azerenka.
