At the Turkey Super League Finals competition held in Ankara on July 30th-31st ENKA Sports Club women’s and men’s team became champions. Club athlete Ercüment Olgundeniz set a historical record. The champion discus thrower bassed the Olympic A mark with a throw of 66.89 metres and set a very hgh record for Turkey. In the women’s 400 metre branch, Birsen Engin set the Turkey record at 52.12, which was then improved by Pınar Saka with 51.53, bringing it under 52 seconds. The men’s team set two records in the 400 metre branch. While Ali Ekber Kayaş set the Turkey Seniors record at 46.34, Halit Kılıç set the Turkey Juniors record at 46.41. The best times for runs in women and men for Turkey were set at the Super League Finals competition.
