At the international competition held in Huelva, Spain on June 14th, club athletes Polat Kemboi Arıkan and Tarık Langat Akdağ passed the world championship threshold.
Competing at 5,000 metres, Polat Kemboi Arıkan recorded 13:19.20 and came in fourth, while at 3,000 metre steeplechase Tarık Langat Akdağ recorded 8:24.31 and came in fourth. Both athletes cleared the world championship threshold in their category.
